As our products are food perishable items, we cannot accept returns unless the products arrive damaged or defective.
Returns and refunds:
Customer satisfaction is imperative for us. We are proud of our products and we will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order or you are not satisfied please contact our bakery by email or phone call. We will address each situation individually. If your order did not arrive in good shape or you have a quality issue, we will resend your order.
Cancelations:
If customers need to cancel their order, they can do so within a specified timeframe for a full or partial refund. The cancellation period may be limited, and there might be a restocking or processing fee for cancellations after a certain point.
